We know what it is like to enter regional defence and national security markets because we have done it in the UK, US and Australia with our own companies and 90 other companies through our Launch programme. We provide experienced and expert support to identify, assess and prepare companies from pre-seed/seed to enterprise to enter the UK, US and Australian Defence and National Security. We provide three key services: Commercial Readiness & Regulatory Compliance, Market Validation, and Navigation & Enablement.

Client Side Advisory & Coaching

We partner with our customers to build and operate repeatable and scalable end-to-end processes for mission acceleration and disruption, drawing on ten years of approaches proven in government. We also deliver Executive Coaching for senior government leaders in the design and execution of mission acceleration and disruption.

Government Affairs

We fully integrate political and policy advisory support for clients into our go-to-market services. This work helps clients to design, build and implement meaningful engagement strategies across the all levels of the UK Government, including at the most senior levels of defence, national security and resilience policy. Services in this area include tailored policy advice and hands-on support for clients with senior engagements; carefully-crafted thought leadership that reflects customer priorities; and a regular drumbeat of analysis and insight into the main policy developments across these sectors. Among other services, BMNT clients receive products such as ‘The Rosemont Report’ - a regular newsletter that provides a snapshot of the most relevant and recent developments across UK politics, policy and programmes in the defence and national security arena.
